Sephora Kelowna is hiring an Operations Consultant (full-time) to manage stockroom operations, inventory control and POS support.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Receive, process and accurately merchandise incoming shipments according to company standards.
  • Organize and maintain the stockroom to Sephora merchandising and safety standards.
  • Process transfers, damages and testers; check in visual elements and escalate missing or damaged pieces to the Operations Supervisor.
  • Support inventory control activities and participate in shortage/loss prevention programs.
  • Provide friendly, professional client service on the salesfloor as needed and assist with cashier and consultant training on Point-Of-Sale (POS) and MPOS systems.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the cashier zone and ensure compliance with sampling policies and store safety procedures.

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of retail or client service experience, preferably with stockroom or inventory responsibilities.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and holidays.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform repetitive bending and stretching required for stocking.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with effective time management and problem-solving abilities.

Skills

Point-Of-Sale (POS) MPOS inventory control stockroom organisation merchandising standards basic computer and arithmetic skills

Experience

Entry-level: 1–2 years of retail or client service experience, ideally with exposure to stockroom operations and inventory management.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 19.85 to CAD 24.80 per hour.
