Sephora Operations Consultant (Flex, Part-Time) in Hamilton, ON. CAD $19.20–$22.60/hr. Stockroom and store operations role with flexible scheduling.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide friendly, professional, and knowledgeable client service during store business hours
  • Assist in training other cashiers and consultants on Point-of-Sale (POS) and mobile point-of-sale (MPOS) systems
  • Maintain standards of cleanliness and organization within the cashier zone
  • Support the implementation and awareness of Sephora's merchandising concepts
  • Perform shipment receipt and processing in a timely manner
  • Organize and maintain the stockroom per company standards
  • Process transfers, damages, and testers according to company procedures
  • Check in all visual elements and communicate missing or damaged pieces to the Operations Supervisor
  • Ensure safety and tidiness standards are respected and maintained at all times
  • Communicate inventory issues and concerns to supervisory staff
  • Participate in inventory control and shortage/loss reduction programs
  • Ensure compliance with sampling policies and procedures
  • Participate in cross-training in cashier functions as designated

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of retail or client service industry experience, preferably in a stockroom capacity
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Good computer, arithmetic, and organizational skills
  • Ability to multi-task while remaining attentive to client and business needs
  • Effective time management, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Physical capability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to bend and stretch to stock shelves
  • Comfortable working in a fragrance-filled environment
  • Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Experience
