Operations Consultant part-time position at Sephora Halifax Shopping Centre. CAD $17.70–$22.15/hr with benefits and bonus opportunities.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide friendly, professional, and knowledgeable client service during store business hours
- Assist in training other cashiers and consultants on POS and MPOS systems
- Maintain standards of cleanliness and organization within the cashier zone
- Support SEPHORA's merchandising concepts and programs to reduce shortage and loss
- Perform shipment receipt and processing in a timely manner
- Organize and maintain the stockroom according to company standards
- Process transfers, damages, and testers per company standards
- Check in visual elements and communicate missing or damaged pieces to the Operations Supervisor
- Ensure safety and tidiness standards are consistently maintained
- Communicate inventory issues and concerns to supervisors and management
- Ensure compliance with sampling policies and procedures
- Participate in inventory control and cross-training in cashier functions as designated
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of retail/client service industry experience
- Proficiency with Point-of-Sale (POS) and mobile POS systems
- Strong organizational and inventory management skills
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent

1–2 years of retail or client service experience, preferably in a stockroom or operations capacity.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent.
