Sephora Operations Consultant, Halifax NS - Part-time retail stockroom and inventory role.
Role & Responsibilities
- Perform shipment receipt, processing, and organization in the stockroom per company standards
- Assist Operations Supervisor in maintaining stockroom organization and merchandise updates
- Provide friendly and knowledgeable client service during store business hours, including POS and MPOS support
- Maintain standards of cleanliness and organization within the cashier zone and store presentation areas
- Process transfers, damages, and testers according to company procedures
- Check in visual elements and communicate missing or damaged pieces to Operations Supervisor
- Participate in inventory control and programs to reduce shortage and loss
- Communicate inventory issues and concerns to supervisory staff
- Ensure compliance with sampling policies and procedures
- Assist in training other cashiers and consultants on Point-of-Sale systems
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of retail or client service industry experience, preferably in a stockroom capacity
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Good computer, arithmetic, and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask while remaining attentive to client and business needs
- Effective time management, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
