Sephora hiring Operations Consultant (Flex) in Grande Prairie, AB. Part-time stockroom and merchandising role, CAD $17–$20/hr.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide friendly, professional, and knowledgeable client service during store business hours
- Assist in training other cashiers and consultants on Point-of-Sale (POS) and MPOS systems
- Maintain standards of cleanliness and organization within the cashier zone and stockroom
- Perform timely shipment receipt and processing in accordance with company standards
- Organize and maintain stockroom per company standards, ensuring safety and tidiness
- Process transfers, damages, and testers according to established procedures
- Check in visual elements and communicate missing or damaged pieces to the Operations Supervisor
- Communicate inventory issues and concerns to supervisory or management personnel
- Ensure compliance with sampling policies and loss-prevention programs
- Participate in inventory control initiatives and cross-training opportunities
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of retail or client service industry experience, preferably in a stockroom capacity
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Good computer and arithmetic skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Effective time management, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Ability to work in a fragrance-filled environment
Skills
Experience
1–2 years of retail or client service industry experience, with preference for stockroom background. Entry-level candidates with demonstrated retail acumen and strong organizational skills will be considered.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
