Operations Consultant (Part-Time) at Sephora Fredericton, NB – CAD $17.65–$22.05/hr. Stockroom and store operations role with flexible scheduling.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide friendly, professional, and knowledgeable customer service during store business hours
  • Assist in training other cashiers and consultants on Point-of-Sale (POS) and mobile POS systems
  • Maintain standards of cleanliness and organization within the cashier zone and stockroom areas
  • Perform shipment receipt and processing in a timely manner according to company standards
  • Organize and maintain the stockroom per established company protocols
  • Process transfers, damages, and testers in compliance with company procedures
  • Check in all visual elements and communicate missing or damaged pieces to the Operations Supervisor
  • Communicate inventory issues and concerns to supervisory staff or store management
  • Participate in inventory control activities and shortage/loss reduction programs
  • Ensure compliance with sampling policies and procedures at all times
  • Maintain safety and tidiness standards throughout assigned areas

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of retail or client service industry experience, preferably in a stockroom or stock management capacity
  • High School diploma or equivalent qualification
  • Proficiency with computer systems and point-of-sale technology
  • Strong arithmetic and organizational skills
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask while maintaining attention to client and business needs
  • Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Experience
