Operations Consultant at Sephora Fort McMurray, AB. Flexible part-time retail role managing inventory and stockroom operations. CAD $17–$20/hr.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide friendly, professional, and knowledgeable service to clients during store business hours
- Assist in training other cashiers and consultants on Point-Of-Sale (POS) and MPOS systems
- Maintain standards of cleanliness and organization within the cashier zone and sales floor
- Perform shipment receipt and processing in a timely manner
- Organize and maintain the stockroom according to company standards
- Process transfers, damages, and testers per company procedures
- Check in all visual elements and communicate missing or damaged pieces to the Operations Supervisor
- Ensure safety and tidiness standards are respected and maintained at all times
- Communicate inventory issues and concerns to supervisory staff
- Participate in inventory control and shortage/loss reduction programs
- Ensure compliance with sampling policies and procedures
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of retail or client service industry experience, preferably in a stockroom capacity
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Good computer, arithmetic, and organizational skills
- Ability to multi-task while remaining attentive to client and business needs
- Effective time management, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Experience
1–2 years of retail or client service experience, preferably in a stockroom or warehouse environment.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 17 to CAD 20 per hour.
