Sephora Canada seeks a Part‑Time Operations Consultant in Fort McMurray, AB — stockroom, merchandising and POS support. CAD $17–$20/hr.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Receive, process and reconcile incoming shipments; ensure timely and accurate processing of transfers, damages and testers per company standards.
  • Organize and maintain stockroom according to Sephora merchandising and safety standards to optimize product accessibility and shrink reduction.
  • Support store presentation by maintaining cleanliness and organization in the cashier zone and participating in visual merchandising upkeep.
  • Assist with inventory control activities and communicate inventory discrepancies or operational concerns to supervisors and management.
  • Provide frontline client service when required and support training of cashiers and consultants on Point‑Of‑Sale (POS) and MPOS systems.
  • Cross‑train in cashier functions and participate in loss‑prevention programs and sampling policy compliance.

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of retail or client service experience; stockroom or inventory experience preferred.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and holidays.
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work for extended periods in a fragrance‑filled environment.

Experience
