Role & Responsibilities

  • Receive, process and accurately check incoming shipments; perform timely merchandising and stockroom replenishment per company standards.
  • Organize and maintain stockroom and cashier zones to Sephora’s visual and safety standards; report missing or damaged visual elements.
  • Process transfers, damages and testers; ensure compliance with sampling and inventory-control procedures.
  • Support point-of-sale operations and serve clients on the sales floor as needed; assist in training colleagues on POS and MPOS.
  • Participate in loss-prevention and inventory-count activities and communicate inventory issues to supervisory staff.

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of retail or client-service experience, preferably with stockroom or inventory responsibilities.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and holidays.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform repeated bending/stretching in a fragrance-rich environment.
  • Strong organizational, arithmetic, time-management and communication skills.

Experience

Entry-level retail experience with 1–2 years in customer service or stockroom operations is preferred; familiarity with inventory processes and loss-prevention practices is advantageous.
