Role & Responsibilities

  • Receive, process and stage incoming shipments in a timely manner and maintain accurate stockroom organization according to company standards.
  • Perform transfers, process damages and testers, and support inventory control and cycle counts to minimise shortage and loss.
  • Support Point-of-Sale operations and assist in training cashiers and colleagues on POS and MPOS systems.
  • Maintain store presentation standards in the cashier zone and assist with visual merchandising checks and reporting of missing/damaged elements.
  • Ensure safety, compliance with sampling policies and general tidiness of back-of-house areas; communicate inventory or operational issues to supervisory staff.

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of retail or client-service experience, preferably with stockroom or back-of-house responsibilities.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and holidays.
  • Basic computer and arithmetic skills with strong organizational ability.
  • Effective time-management, problem-solving and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and work in a fragrance-filled environment.

Experience

1–2 years of retail or client-service experience, preferably in a stockroom or inventory-focused role.
