Sephora Canada seeks an Operations Consultant (Flex) in Vaughan, ON — part-time, hourly role focused on stockroom operations and POS support.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Receive, process and organize incoming shipments promptly and accurately; complete transfers, damages and tester processing per company standards.
  • Maintain stockroom organization and inventory integrity according to Sephora operational procedures and safety standards.
  • Support inventory control activities, participate in shortage/loss-reduction programs and report inventory discrepancies to supervisory staff.
  • Assist with cashier zone standards and cross-train in Point-Of-Sale (POS) and MPOS functions; provide cashier and MPOS training to colleagues as required.
  • Ensure visual elements and merchandising standards are checked in and communicate missing or damaged pieces to the Operations Supervisor.
  • Uphold store presentation and cleanliness standards in the cashier and stockroom areas, and ensure compliance with sampling policies and procedures.

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of retail or client-service experience, preferably with stockroom, receiving or inventory responsibilities.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Flexible availability that includes evenings, weekends and holidays.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform repetitive bending/stretching in a fragrance-filled environment.
  • Strong organizational, arithmetic, time-management and communication skills.

Skills

Point-Of-Sale (POS) MPOS shipment receipt and processing inventory management / inventory control merchandise replenishment and visual merchandising loss prevention / shortage reduction time management client service

Experience

1–2 years of retail or client-service experience, preferably in a stockroom, receiving or inventory role; entry-level position suitable for candidates with foundational operational experience.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 19.20 to CAD 22.60 per hour.
