Sephora — Operations Consultant (Flex) in Saskatoon, Canada. Part-time stockroom and POS role, CAD$17–20/hr.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Receive, process and accurately log incoming shipments; organize and maintain the stockroom to company standards.
  • Process transfers, damages and testers; check in visual merchandising elements and report missing or damaged pieces to the Operations Supervisor.
  • Support inventory control and participate in shortage-reduction programs and stock counts.
  • Provide friendly, professional service on the sales floor and assist clients as required.
  • Assist in cashier and MPOS transactions and support training of other cashiers and consultants on POS/MPOS systems.
  • Maintain cleanliness, safety and organization in the cashier zone and throughout back-of-house areas.
  • Communicate inventory issues, sampling compliance concerns and operational needs to Assistant Manager(s) or Store Manager.

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of retail or client-service experience, preferably with stockroom or inventory responsibilities.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and holidays.
  • Good computer literacy, arithmetic and organizational aptitude.
  • Effective time management, verbal communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform repetitive bending/stretching tasks; ability to work in fragrance-filled environments.

Experience

Entry-level role; typically 1–2 years of retail or client-service experience with exposure to stockroom operations, inventory control and point-of-sale duties.
