Sephora — Operations Consultant (Flex) in Ottawa. Part-time role focused on stockroom, inventory and POS; CAD$19.20–$22.60/hr.
Role & Responsibilities
- Receive, process and accurately document incoming shipments; execute transfers, damages and tester procedures according to company standards.
- Organize and maintain the stockroom to Sephora merchandising and safety standards; ensure timely replenishment of sales floor merchandise.
- Participate in inventory control activities and loss-prevention initiatives; communicate inventory discrepancies to Supervisors and Store Management.
- Support cashier zone presentation and cleanliness; assist in training colleagues on Point-Of-Sale (POS) and MPOS systems when required.
- Check in visual merchandising elements and report missing or damaged pieces; ensure compliance with product sampling policies.
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of retail or client-service experience, preferably with stockroom or inventory responsibilities.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and holidays.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and to work in a fragrance-rich environment.
- Strong organisational aptitude, basic computer and arithmetic skills, and effective communication abilities.

Experience
1–2 years of retail or client-service experience, ideally with hands-on stockroom or inventory control responsibilities.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent.
