Sephora Canada — Operations Consultant (Flex) in Niagara-on-the-Lake, ON. Part-time stockroom and store operations role.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Receive, process and reconcile incoming shipments; organize and maintain the stockroom according to company standards.
  • Process transfers, damages and testers; check in visual merchandising elements and report missing or damaged pieces to the Operations Supervisor.
  • Support inventory control and participate in shortage/loss prevention programs.
  • Assist with cashier and consultant training on Point-Of-Sale (POS) and MPOS systems and provide client service support on the sales floor as required.
  • Maintain cleanliness, safety and merchandising standards within the cashier zone and throughout the store.

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of retail or client-service experience, preferably with stockroom or inventory duties.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and holidays.
  • Physical ability to work in a fragranced environment, lift and carry up to 50 pounds, and perform repetitive bending and stretching.
  • Strong organizational skills, basic arithmetic and competent computer literacy.

Experience

Beginner: 1–2 years of retail or client-service experience, ideally with hands-on stockroom, receiving and inventory-control responsibilities.
