Role & Responsibilities

  • Maintain stockroom organization and merchandising standards in partnership with the Operations Supervisor.
  • Receive, process and accurately log inbound shipments; handle transfers, damages and testers per company procedure.
  • Perform inventory control activities and participate in shortage-reduction programs.
  • Support store presentation and cleanliness within the cashier zone; ensure compliance with Sephora’s visual merchandising concepts.
  • Train and assist cashiers and colleagues on Point-Of-Sale (POS) and MPOS systems as required.
  • Communicate inventory, visual or safety issues to Supervisors, Assistant Managers or the Store Manager.
  • Ensure sampling policies and safety/tidiness standards are upheld at all times.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1–2 years of retail or client-service experience, preferably with stockroom or merchandising responsibilities.
  • Demonstrable organizational aptitude and basic computer and arithmetic skills.
  • Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and statutory holidays.
  • Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and to perform repetitive bending and stretching.

Experience
