Role & Responsibilities

  • Receive, check and process incoming shipments promptly and accurately; manage transfers, damages and tester processing according to company procedures.
  • Organize and maintain the stockroom to company standards, ensuring safety, cleanliness and efficient stock accessibility.
  • Support store presentation and merchandising standards by checking visual elements and reporting missing or damaged pieces to the Operations Supervisor.
  • Assist with inventory control activities and participate in loss-prevention programs to reduce shortage.
  • Provide client-facing service and support point-of-sale operations as required; cross-train and assist other consultants and cashiers on POS and MPOS systems.
  • Communicate inventory, stockroom or merchandising issues to Supervisors, Assistant Managers or the Store Manager in a timely manner.

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of retail or client-service experience, preferably with stockroom or inventory responsibilities.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and statutory holidays.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform repetitive bending/stretching for stocking activities.
  • Strong organizational, time management, communication and basic arithmetic skills.

Experience

Entry-level retail experience (1–2 years) in customer service or stockroom roles, with demonstrated familiarity with receiving, organizing and processing merchandise.
