Sephora Canada seeks an Operations Consultant (Flex) in Edmonton — part-time role focused on inventory, merchandising and POS operations, CAD$17–20/hr.
Role & Responsibilities
- Receive, check and process incoming shipments; ensure timely processing of transfers, damages and testers according to company procedures.
- Organize and maintain stockroom to Sephora presentation and safety standards; participate in inventory control and shortage-reduction programs.
- Support store merchandising by checking in visual elements and communicating missing or damaged fixtures to the Operations Supervisor.
- Assist in cashier zone maintenance and cleanliness; cross-train and support cashiers on Point-of-Sale (POS) and MPOS systems as required.
- Communicate inventory issues, sampling compliance concerns and operational anomalies to Assistant Manager(s), Store Manager or Supervisor.
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of retail or client-service experience, preferably with stockroom responsibilities.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and holidays.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and work in a fragrance-filled environment.
Skills
Experience
1–2 years of retail or client-service experience, ideally in a stockroom or inventory-focused role; candidate may be considered entry-level with relevant hands-on experience.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent.
