Sephora Canada seeks an Operations Consultant (Flex) in Edmonton — part-time role focused on inventory, merchandising and POS operations, CAD$17–20/hr.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Receive, check and process incoming shipments; ensure timely processing of transfers, damages and testers according to company procedures.
  • Organize and maintain stockroom to Sephora presentation and safety standards; participate in inventory control and shortage-reduction programs.
  • Support store merchandising by checking in visual elements and communicating missing or damaged fixtures to the Operations Supervisor.
  • Assist in cashier zone maintenance and cleanliness; cross-train and support cashiers on Point-of-Sale (POS) and MPOS systems as required.
  • Communicate inventory issues, sampling compliance concerns and operational anomalies to Assistant Manager(s), Store Manager or Supervisor.

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of retail or client-service experience, preferably with stockroom responsibilities.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and holidays.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and work in a fragrance-filled environment.

Experience
