Sephora Operations Consultant position in Etobicoke, ON—flexible part-time role managing stockroom and merchandise operations, CAD $19.20–$22.60/hr.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide friendly, professional, and knowledgeable client service during store business hours
- Assist in training other cashiers and consultants on Point-of-Sale (POS) and mobile POS systems
- Maintain standards of cleanliness and organization within the cashier zone and stockroom
- Perform shipment receipt and processing in a timely manner according to company standards
- Organize and maintain stockroom per company standards, including proper storage and accessibility
- Process transfers, damages, and testers per established company procedures
- Check in visual elements and communicate missing or damaged pieces to the Operations Supervisor
- Participate in inventory control and shortage/loss reduction programs
- Communicate inventory issues and concerns to supervisory staff promptly
- Ensure compliance with sampling policies and procedures
- Maintain safety and tidiness standards throughout assigned areas
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of retail or client service industry experience, preferably in a stockroom capacity
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Good computer, arithmetic, and organizational skills
- Effective time management, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to multitask while remaining attentive to client and business needs
