Operations Consultant (Flex) at Sephora Sherway Gardens, Etobicoke — CAD$19.20–$22.60/hr. Part-time retail operations and stockroom role.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide friendly and professional client service during store business hours and assist in training other consultants on Point-Of-Sale (POS) and mobile POS systems
- Perform shipment receipt and timely processing while organizing and maintaining the stockroom to company standards
- Process transfers, damages, and testers according to company procedures; check in visual elements and communicate discrepancies to the Operations Supervisor
- Assist in maintaining cashier zone cleanliness and organization while upholding SEPHORA merchandising concepts and participating in shortage/loss reduction programs
- Communicate inventory issues and concerns to supervisory staff; ensure compliance with sampling policies and participate in inventory control initiatives
- Maintain safety and tidiness standards throughout assigned areas; support cross-training initiatives in cashier functions as designated
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of retail or client service industry experience, preferably with stockroom responsibilities
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Strong computer, arithmetic, and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask while remaining attentive to client and business needs
- Effective communication, problem-solving, and time management abilities
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Physical capability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform bending and stretching motions
Skills
Experience
1–2 years of retail or client service industry experience, preferably in a stockroom capacity. Entry-level candidates with foundational retail background and strong organizational abilities are encouraged to apply.
Education
High School diploma or equivalent.

This position is based in Etobicoke, Ontario, Canada, within easy reach of Toronto.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 19.20 to CAD 22.60 per hour.
