Sephora Operations Consultant position in Edmonton, Canada. Part-time, flexible role managing stockroom operations and client service. CAD $17–$20/hr.
Role & Responsibilities
- Assist Operations Supervisor in maintaining stockroom organization and merchandise updates according to company standards
- Receive, process, and organize shipments in a timely manner; manage transfers, damages, and tester inventory
- Maintain cleanliness and organization within the cashier zone and across the stockroom environment
- Process visual elements and communicate missing or damaged pieces to Operations Supervisor
- Participate in inventory control initiatives and communicate inventory issues to supervisory staff
- Provide friendly and knowledgeable client service during store business hours; assist in training other consultants on Point-of-Sale (POS) and mobile POS systems
- Ensure compliance with sampling policies, merchandise presentation standards, and shortage-reduction programs
- Maintain safety and tidiness standards throughout assigned work areas
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1–2 years of retail or client service industry experience, preferably in a stockroom capacity
- Proficiency with computer systems and point-of-sale (POS) technology
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to multi-task while maintaining attention to client and business needs
- Effective communication and problem-solving skills
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Experience
1–2 years of retail or client service industry experience, preferably in a stockroom capacity.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 17 to CAD 20 per hour.
