Sephora Operations Consultant part-time role in Edmonton, AB. Support stockroom operations, inventory management, and client service. CAD $17–$20/hr.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide friendly, professional and knowledgeable service to clients during store business hours
- Assist in training other cashiers and consultants on Point-of-Sale (POS) and mobile POS systems
- Maintain standards of cleanliness and organization within the cashier zone
- Monitor and assist in maintaining Sephora's merchandising concepts and visual standards
- Perform shipment receipt and processing in a timely manner
- Organize and maintain the stockroom per company standards
- Process transfers, damages and testers according to company procedures
- Check in all visual elements and communicate missing or damaged pieces to Operations Supervisor
- Communicate inventory issues and concerns to supervisory staff
- Ensure compliance with sampling policies and procedures
- Participate in programs to reduce shortage and loss
- Participate in inventory control activities
- Maintain safety and tidiness standards throughout assigned areas
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of retail or client service industry experience, preferably in a stockroom capacity
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Good computer and arithmetic skills
- Strong organizational abilities
- Ability to multitask while maintaining attentiveness to client and business needs
- Effective time management, problem-solving and communication skills
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and holidays
- Physical capability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Ability to work comfortably in a fragrance-filled environment
Skills
Experience
1–2 years of retail or client service industry experience, preferably in a stockroom capacity. Experience in inventory management and merchandise handling is valued.
Education
High School diploma or equivalent.

The successful candidate will be located in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 17 to CAD 20 per hour.
