Operations Consultant at Sephora Edmonton, AB – flexible part-time stockroom and retail operations role with CAD$17–$20/hr.
Role & Responsibilities
- Receive and process shipments in a timely manner, organizing and maintaining the stockroom according to company standards
- Manage transfers, damages, and testers per established protocols, and communicate inventory issues to supervisory staff
- Maintain cleanliness and organization standards within the cashier zone and throughout the store
- Assist in training other consultants and cashiers on Point-of-Sale (POS) and MPOS systems
- Participate in visual element verification, reporting missing or damaged pieces to the Operations Supervisor
- Support visual merchandising concepts and participate in shortage and loss reduction initiatives
- Ensure compliance with sampling policies and procedures while maintaining safety and tidiness standards
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of retail or client service industry experience, preferably in a stockroom capacity
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Proficiency with computer systems and point-of-sale platforms
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform bending and stretching motions
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Skills
Experience
1–2 years of retail or client service industry experience, preferably involving stockroom responsibilities. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to client needs and business standards.
Education
High School diploma or equivalent qualification.

The successful candidate will be located in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 17 to CAD 20 per hour.
