Sephora Operations Consultant (Part-Time) in Edmonton, AB. CAD $17–$20/hr. Flexible retail operations and stockroom role.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide friendly, professional, and knowledgeable service to clients during store business hours
- Assist in training other cashiers and consultants on Point-Of-Sale (POS) and MPOS systems
- Maintain standards of cleanliness and organization within the cashier zone
- Assist in maintaining Sephora's merchandising concepts and participate in shortage/loss reduction programs
- Perform shipment receipt and processing in a timely manner
- Organize and maintain stockroom per company standards
- Process transfers, damages, and testers according to company protocols
- Check in visual elements and communicate missing or damaged pieces to Operations Supervisor
- Ensure safety and tidiness standards are maintained throughout operations
- Communicate inventory issues and concerns to supervisory staff
- Participate in inventory control initiatives
- Ensure compliance with sampling policies and procedures
- Perform cross-trained cashier functions as designated
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of retail or client service industry experience, preferably in a stockroom capacity
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Good computer and arithmetic skills
- Strong organizational abilities
- Ability to multi-task while maintaining attentiveness to client and business needs
- Effective time management, problem-solving, and communication skills
