Sephora Canada — Operations Consultant (Part-time) in Edmonton. Stockroom and POS role; CAD$17–20/hr.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Receive, inspect and process inbound shipments; accurately log and prepare merchandise for the salesfloor according to company standards.
  • Organize and maintain the stockroom to Sephora merchandising and safety standards, including processing transfers, damages and testers.
  • Support cashier zone presentation and cleanliness; train and assist other cashiers and consultants on Point-Of-Sale (POS) and MPOS procedures.
  • Participate in inventory control activities and loss-prevention programmes; report inventory discrepancies and visual merchandising issues to supervisors.
  • Check in visual elements and escalate missing or damaged items; ensure compliance with sampling policies and established operational procedures.

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of retail or client-service experience, preferably with stockroom responsibilities.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and statutory holidays.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks such as bending and stretching.
  • Strong organizational, numerical and time-management skills with effective verbal communication and problem-solving abilities.

Experience

The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 17 to CAD 20 per hour.
