Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide exemplary client service, ensuring friendly, professional, and knowledgeable interactions during store hours.
  • Assist in training staff on Point-Of-Sale (POS) and mobile POS systems.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization within the cashier zone, adhering to Sephora’s merchandising standards.
  • Participate in programs to minimize shortage and loss.
  • Efficiently manage shipment receipt and processing, maintaining stockroom organization according to company standards.
  • Handle transfers, damages, and testers in compliance with company policies.
  • Communicate inventory issues to supervisors and management.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, tidiness, and sampling policies.
  • Participate in inventory control and be cross-trained in cashier functions.

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of experience in retail or client service, preferably in a stockroom capacity.
  • High School diploma or equivalent.

Skills

Proficiency in computer and arithmetic skills. Strong organizational skills. Ability to multitask and prioritize client and business needs. Effective time management and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication skills. Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Experience

1-2 years of experience in retail or client service, preferably in a stockroom capacity.

Education

High School diploma or equivalent.
