Sephora Operations Consultant in Delta, BC. Full-time stockroom and store operations role with CAD$19.85–$24.80/hr.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide friendly, professional, and knowledgeable customer service during store business hours
- Assist in training other cashiers and consultants on Point-of-Sale (POS) and mobile POS systems
- Maintain standards of cleanliness and organization within the cashier zone and stockroom
- Perform shipment receipt and processing in a timely manner
- Organize and maintain the stockroom per company standards
- Process transfers, damages, and testers according to company procedures
- Check in visual elements and communicate missing or damaged pieces to the Operations Supervisor
- Communicate inventory issues and concerns to supervisory staff
- Participate in inventory control and shortage/loss reduction programs
- Ensure compliance with sampling policies and procedures
- Cross-train in cashier functions as designated
Qualifications
- High School graduate or equivalent
- 1–2 years of retail or client service industry experience, preferably in a stockroom capacity
- Good computer and arithmetic skills
- Strong organizational abilities
- Ability to multitask while maintaining attention to client and business needs
- Effective time management, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly
- Comfort working in a fragrance-filled environment
Skills
Experience
1–2 years of retail or client service industry experience, preferably with stockroom responsibilities. Beginners with strong customer service backgrounds and willingness to learn may be considered.
Education
High School diploma or equivalent qualification.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 19.85 to CAD 24.80 per hour.
