Operations Consultant at Sephora, Dartmouth NS – full-time stockroom and store operations role with flexible scheduling and competitive hourly pay.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide friendly and professional client service during store business hours, with potential cross-training in cashier and POS functions
- Receive, process, and organize shipments in the stockroom according to company standards
- Maintain stockroom organization, safety, and tidiness while processing transfers, damages, and testers
- Assist in maintaining store presentation standards, including cleanliness within the cashier zone and SEPHORA merchandising concepts
- Communicate inventory issues, missing visual elements, and concerns to Operations Supervisor and store management
- Participate in inventory control initiatives and shortage/loss reduction programs
- Ensure compliance with company sampling policies and procedures
- Assist in training other consultants and cashiers on Point-of-Sale (POS) and MPOS systems
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of retail or client service industry experience, preferably in a stockroom capacity
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Comfortable working in a fragrance-filled environment
- Ability to bend and stretch to stock shelves

Experience
1–2 years of retail or client service industry experience, preferably in a stockroom capacity. Entry-level candidates with strong organizational and communication skills will be considered.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent qualification.

The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 17.70 to CAD 22.15 per hour.
