Sephora Canada seeks an Operations Consultant (Flex) in Dartmouth, NS — part‑time role supporting stockroom, receiving and merchandising (Sephora, Dartmouth).

Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide friendly, professional client service on the sales floor as needed and assist with cashier and consultant training on POS and MPOS systems.
  • Receive, process and accurately log incoming shipments; organize and maintain the stockroom according to company standards.
  • Process transfers, damages and testers; ensure visual merchandising elements are checked in and report missing or damaged pieces to the Operations Supervisor.
  • Maintain cleanliness, safety and organization in the cashier zone and stockroom; support loss‑prevention and inventory‑control programs.
  • Communicate inventory issues and sampling compliance concerns to supervisors and participate in scheduled inventories; perform cross‑trained cashier duties when designated.

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of retail or client‑service experience, preferably with stockroom or inventory responsibilities.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and statutory holidays.
  • Demonstrable organizational, time‑management, problem‑solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and to perform repetitive bending and stretching in a fragrance‑filled environment.

Experience

1–2 years of retail or client‑service experience, with preference for candidates who have performed stockroom, inventory or receiving duties.

Education

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 17.70 to CAD 22.15 per hour.
