Sephora Operations Consultant (Part-Time) in Chatham, ON | Retail Stockroom & Inventory Management Role
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide friendly, professional, and knowledgeable service to clients during store business hours
- Assist in training other cashiers and consultants on Point-of-Sale (POS) and mobile POS systems
- Maintain standards of cleanliness and organization within the cashier zone and stockroom
- Perform shipment receipt and processing in a timely manner per company standards
- Organize and maintain the stockroom, ensuring compliance with company organizational standards
- Process transfers, damages, and testers according to established procedures
- Check in all visual elements and communicate missing or damaged pieces to the Operations Supervisor
- Ensure safety and tidiness standards are consistently respected and maintained
- Communicate inventory issues and concerns to supervisory staff and store management
- Participate in inventory control and programs to reduce shortage or loss
- Ensure compliance with sampling policies and procedures
- Participate in visual merchandising initiatives to maintain Sephora's merchandising concepts
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of retail or client service industry experience, preferably in a stockroom capacity
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Good computer and arithmetic skills
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities
- Effective time management, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fragrance-filled environment
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Flexibility for evening, weekend, and holiday availability

Experience
1–2 years of retail or client service industry experience, preferably in a stockroom capacity or similar operations role.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent qualification.

This position is based in Chatham, Ontario, Canada, within easy reach of London.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 19.20 to CAD 22.60 per hour.
