Sephora Canada — Operations Consultant (Part‑Time) in Chatham, ON. Support stockroom, shipment processing and POS operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain stockroom organization and process incoming shipments, transfers, damages and testers according to company standards.
- Support inventory control activities and participate in shortage/loss prevention programs.
- Assist with point-of-sale operations and provide training to colleagues on POS and MPOS systems as required.
- Ensure cashier zone and merchandising standards are upheld; check in visual elements and report missing or damaged pieces to Operations Supervisor.
- Adhere to safety, sampling and store presentation procedures while communicating inventory issues to supervisory staff.
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of retail or client-service experience, preferably with stockroom responsibilities.
- Proven ability to operate and train others on Point-Of-Sale (POS) and MPOS systems.
- Strong organizational, basic arithmetic and computer skills with effective time management and problem‑solving abilities.
- Excellent verbal communication and client-service orientation; ability to multitask in a busy retail environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent and flexible availability including evenings, weekends and holidays.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and to work in a fragrance-filled retail environment.

Experience
1–2 years of retail or client-service experience, preferably with direct stockroom or inventory responsibilities; entry-level role suitable for candidates developing operational retail skills.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent.
