Sephora Charlottetown hiring Operations Consultant (full-time). Stockroom, inventory management, and retail operations. CAD $18–$21.20/hr.
Role & Responsibilities
- Assist Operations Supervisor in maintaining stockroom organization and merchandise updates per company standards
- Provide friendly, professional, and knowledgeable client service during store business hours
- Perform shipment receipt, processing, and inventory control in a timely manner
- Organize and maintain stockroom; process transfers, damages, and testers according to company procedures
- Maintain standards of cleanliness and organization within the cashier zone and store presentation areas
- Check in visual elements and communicate missing or damaged pieces to Operations Supervisor
- Train other cashiers and consultants on Point-of-Sale (POS) and MPOS systems as designated
- Participate in shortage/loss reduction programs and inventory control initiatives
- Ensure compliance with sampling policies, procedures, and safety standards
- Communicate inventory issues and concerns to supervisory staff
Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 1–2 years of retail or client service industry experience, preferably in a stockroom capacity
- Good computer, arithmetic, and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask while attending to client needs and business priorities
- Effective time management, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
