Sephora Calgary: Part-time Operations Consultant for stockroom and retail operations support. CAD$17–$20/hr.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide friendly, professional, and knowledgeable client service during store business hours and assist in training other cashiers and consultants on Point-of-Sale (POS) and mobile POS systems
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization standards within the cashier zone while remaining aware of Sephora's merchandising concepts
- Perform shipment receipt and processing in a timely manner and organize and maintain the stockroom per company standards
- Process transfers, damages, and testers according to company procedures and check in all visual elements, communicating missing or damaged pieces to the Operations Supervisor
- Ensure safety, tidiness, and compliance standards are respected and maintained at all times, particularly regarding sampling policies
- Communicate inventory issues and concerns to supervisory staff and participate in inventory control and shortage reduction programs
- Cross-train in cashier functions as designated and demonstrate flexibility in availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of retail or client service industry experience, preferably in a stockroom capacity
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Experience
1–2 years of retail or client service industry experience, preferably in a stockroom environment. Beginner-level qualifications acceptable with relevant background.
