Operations Consultant (Part-Time) at Sephora, Calgary — stockroom and retail operations role offering CAD$17–$20/hr.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide friendly, professional, and knowledgeable client service during store business hours and assist in training cashiers and consultants on Point-of-Sale (POS) and Mobile POS systems
- Maintain cleanliness and organization standards within the cashier zone and assist in maintaining Sephora's merchandising concepts
- Perform timely shipment receipt and processing, organizing and maintaining the stockroom according to company standards
- Process transfers, damages, and testers per company procedures and check in visual elements, communicating missing or damaged pieces to the Operations Supervisor
- Ensure compliance with sampling policies and procedures, participate in inventory control, and communicate inventory issues to supervisors or management
- Participate in shortage reduction programs and maintain safety and tidiness standards at all times
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of retail or client service industry experience, preferably in a stockroom capacity
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Strong computer, arithmetic, and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask while remaining attentive to client and business needs
- Effective time management, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays

1–2 years of retail or client service industry experience, preferably with stockroom responsibilities; entry-level candidates with strong organizational skills and retail familiarity are encouraged to apply.
Education
High School diploma or equivalent qualification.
