Sephora Calgary seeks a part-time Operations Consultant; CAD$17–$20/hr, retail operations and stockroom management experience preferred.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Operations Supervisor in maintaining stockroom organization and merchandise updates
- Perform shipment receipt, processing, and inventory management in accordance with company standards
- Organize and maintain stockroom layout per Sephora's operational guidelines
- Process transfers, damages, and testers according to established protocols
- Receive and audit visual elements, reporting missing or damaged pieces to supervisory staff
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and tidiness throughout assigned areas
- Assist in training other consultants and cashiers on Point-of-Sale (POS) and mobile POS (MPOS) systems
- Provide friendly, professional, and knowledgeable client service during store business hours
- Participate in inventory control programs and shortage/loss reduction initiatives
- Communicate inventory issues and concerns to Supervisors, Assistant Managers, or Store Managers
- Ensure compliance with sampling policies and procedures
- Perform cross-trained cashier functions as designated
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of retail or client service industry experience, preferably in a stockroom capacity
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Proficiency with computer systems and strong arithmetic skills
- Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to multitask while maintaining client and business focus
- Effective time management capabilities
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Skills
Experience
1–2 years of retail or client service industry experience, preferably in a stockroom or operations capacity. Entry-level candidates with demonstrated organizational abilities and relevant retail background are encouraged to apply.
Education
High School diploma or equivalent qualification required.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 17 to CAD 20 per hour.
