Sephora Operations Consultant, Calgary AB – Full-time permanent role in stockroom operations and retail support at Signal Hill location.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide friendly and professional client service during store business hours, assisting in training other cashiers and consultants on POS and mobile POS systems
- Maintain cleanliness and organization standards within the cashier zone and support SEPHORA's merchandising concepts
- Perform timely shipment receipt and processing, organizing and maintaining the stockroom per company standards
- Process transfers, damages, and testers according to company procedures; check in visual elements and report missing or damaged pieces to the Operations Supervisor
- Ensure compliance with sampling policies and procedures while participating in inventory control and shortage/loss reduction programs
- Communicate inventory issues and concerns to supervisors, assistant managers, or store management as needed
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of retail or client service industry experience, preferably in a stockroom capacity
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Ability to multi-task while maintaining attentiveness to client and business needs
- Effective communication, problem-solving, and time management skills
- Capacity to lift and carry up to 50 pounds; ability to bend and stretch for stocking shelves
