Sephora hiring Operations Consultant (part-time) in Burnaby, BC. Stockroom and merchandising role with CAD$19.85–$24.80/hr.
Role & Responsibilities
- Assist Operations Supervisor in maintaining stockroom organization and merchandise updates according to company standards
- Provide friendly, professional, and knowledgeable client service during store business hours
- Assist in training other cashiers and consultants on Point-of-Sale (POS) and MPOS systems
- Maintain cleanliness and organization within the cashier zone and store presentation standards
- Perform shipment receipt, processing, and organization in a timely manner
- Process transfers, damages, and testers according to company procedures
- Check in visual elements and communicate missing or damaged pieces to Operations Supervisor
- Maintain safety and tidiness standards throughout the stockroom and sales floor
- Communicate inventory issues and concerns to supervisory staff
- Ensure compliance with sampling policies and procedures
- Participate in inventory control and programs to reduce shortage and loss
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of retail or client service industry experience, preferably in stockroom capacity
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Strong computer and arithmetic skills
- Excellent organizational abilities
- Ability to multitask while remaining attentive to client and business needs

1–2 years of retail or client service industry experience, preferably in a stockroom or inventory management capacity. Entry-level candidates with strong organizational and customer service foundations will be considered.
Education
High School diploma or equivalent qualification required.
