Sephora Operations Consultant (Part-Time) in Boisbriand, Quebec – warehouse and inventory management role.
Role & Responsibilities
- Partner with the operations supervisor to organize the warehouse and execute merchandising-related updates
- Receive and process deliveries in a timely manner
- Maintain warehouse organization and upkeep in accordance with company standards
- Manage product transfers, damaged items, and product demonstrations according to company protocols
- Verify all visual elements and communicate missing or damaged items to the operations supervisor
- Maintain safety and cleanliness standards at all times
- Report inventory issues and concerns to supervisors and store management
- Provide professional and courteous customer service during store operating hours
- Contribute to the training of other cashiers and point-of-sale staff
- Participate in shrinkage reduction and loss prevention programs
- Maintain cleanliness and organizational standards in the checkout area
- Apply Sephora's merchandising concepts throughout the store

- Ability to work collaboratively with store management and supervisory staff

Skills
Experience
Entry-level or beginner experience in retail or warehouse operations is acceptable; on-the-job training will be provided.
Education

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 18.10 to CAD 22.65 per hour.
