Role & Responsibilities
- Provide courteous and professional customer service during store operating hours
- Assist in training cashiers and point-of-sale associates, including mobile checkout staff
- Maintain cleanliness and organization standards in the checkout zone and warehouse
- Receive and process deliveries in a timely manner
- Organize and maintain warehouse inventory according to company standards
- Manage transfers, damaged products, and product demonstrations in compliance with protocols
- Verify all visual elements and report missing or damaged items to the operations supervisor
- Ensure safety and cleanliness standards are upheld at all times
- Report inventory issues and concerns to supervisors and store management
- Participate in loss prevention and inventory accuracy initiatives
Qualifications
