Role & Responsibilities
- Partner with the operations supervisor to maintain warehouse organization and execute merchandising updates
- Deliver professional and courteous customer service during store operating hours
- Assist in training other cashiers and mobile point-of-sale operators
- Maintain cleanliness and organizational standards in checkout areas
- Apply Sephora merchandising concepts and principles throughout the sales floor
- Participate in inventory shortage and loss reduction programs
- Receive and process merchandise deliveries in a timely manner
- Manage warehouse organization and maintenance in accordance with company standards
- Handle transfers, damaged products, and demonstration units per company protocols
- Verify all visual displays and communicate missing or damaged items to the operations supervisor
- Ensure safety and cleanliness standards are upheld at all times
- Report inventory concerns and operational issues to supervisors and store management
