Sephora Winter Garden, FL — Operations Associate (Part-time). Manage inventory, merchandising and daily store operations. $18–$23/hr.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support daily store operations including stock replenishment, order fulfillment and inventory accuracy.
- Execute visual merchandising and promotional setups to reflect brand standards and seasonal events.
- Maintain operational standards to ensure a safe, efficient and customer-friendly shopping environment.
- Assist the sales team to deliver outstanding client service and contribute to store sales objectives.
- Perform general back-of-house tasks and physical handling of merchandise (lifting up to 50 lbs).
- Adhere to company policies and support an inclusive, team-oriented culture.
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in retail, hospitality or client-focused roles, or equivalent.
- Strong organizational skills with effective time management and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; team-oriented and goal-driven.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays with reliable attendance.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Experience
1–2 years in retail, hospitality or another client-facing environment; demonstrated ability to manage inventory and support store operations.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary coursework in retail, hospitality or merchandising is a plus.
