Sephora in Winston-Salem is hiring an Operations Associate (full-time). Inventory, merchandising and client support. $18–$20.50/hr.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures and maintenance of operational standards.
- Manage inventory activities: stock replenishment, receiving, cycle counts and order fulfilment to ensure product availability.
- Execute visual merchandising and promotional setups to maintain brand presentation and support event execution.
- Deliver exceptional client service and assist the sales team to achieve store sales goals and KPIs.
- Promote an inclusive, collaborative team environment and uphold Sephora’s standards, policies and safety procedures.
- Maintain reliable attendance and flexible availability for peak retail hours (nights, weekends and holidays) and meet required weekly shift minimums.
- Perform physical tasks as required, including lifting and carrying merchandise up to 50 pounds.

- 1–2 years of experience in retail, hospitality, or another client-facing environment.
- Strong organizational skills and effective time management.

Entry-level retail experience; 1–2 years in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused role preferred, with direct exposure to inventory, merchandising or front-line customer service.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
