Sephora in Winston-Salem is hiring an Operations Associate (full-time). Inventory, merchandising and client support. $18–$20.50/hr.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures and maintenance of operational standards.
  • Manage inventory activities: stock replenishment, receiving, cycle counts and order fulfilment to ensure product availability.
  • Execute visual merchandising and promotional setups to maintain brand presentation and support event execution.
  • Deliver exceptional client service and assist the sales team to achieve store sales goals and KPIs.
  • Promote an inclusive, collaborative team environment and uphold Sephora’s standards, policies and safety procedures.
  • Maintain reliable attendance and flexible availability for peak retail hours (nights, weekends and holidays) and meet required weekly shift minimums.
