Role & Responsibilities
- Support daily store operations and maintain operational standards across inventory management, stock replenishment, and order fulfillment
- Execute visual merchandising displays and promotional setups that reflect Sephora's brand identity and event requirements
- Assist the sales team in delivering exceptional client experiences and supporting achievement of store sales goals
- Foster a culture of inclusivity, teamwork, and empowerment among store associates
- Ensure compliance with Sephora company policies and maintain a safe, secure, and welcoming shopping environment
