Sephora Whitehall, PA is hiring a Part‑Time Operations Associate at Lehigh Valley Mall — $18.00–$20.50/hr.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support daily store operations including opening/closing procedures and adherence to operational standards.
  • Manage inventory activities: stock replenishment, receiving, cycle counts and order fulfillment.
  • Assist with visual merchandising and execute promotional setups to ensure brand-consistent displays.
  • Support the sales floor to help deliver exceptional client experiences and contribute to sales objectives.
  • Maintain store safety, security and compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Contribute to a collaborative, inclusive team culture and support store events and promotions.
  • Meet scheduling requirements, be available for peak retail hours (nights, weekends, holidays) and maintain punctual attendance.

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of experience in retail, hospitality, or a client-facing operational role.
