Sephora — Operations Associate in Whitehall, PA. Full-time hourly role supporting inventory, merchandising and client experience at Lehigh Valley Mall.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support daily store operations including receiving, stock replenishment, inventory accuracy and order fulfillment to maintain merchandise flow and availability.
  • Execute visual merchandising standards and promotional setups to ensure the store reflects Sephora’s brand presentation and event activations.
  • Deliver reliable operational support to the sales floor—assist clients, facilitate product knowledge sharing and contribute to achieving sales targets.
  • Maintain operational standards for safety, loss prevention and compliance with company policies to create a secure, welcoming shopping environment.
  • Work collaboratively with the store team to foster an inclusive culture, meet scheduling commitments, and ensure punctual attendance during peak retail hours (nights, weekends, holidays).
  • Perform physical tasks as required, including lifting and moving merchandise (up to 50 pounds) and maintaining store housekeeping.

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of experience in retail, hospitality or another client-facing environment.
  • Strong organizational and time-management capabilities with attention to inventory accuracy.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable delivering product information to clients.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented retail setting.
  • Availability for flexible scheduling, including nights, weekends and holidays; reliable punctuality and attendance.
  • Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Experience
