Role & Responsibilities
- Support daily store operations including receiving, stock replenishment, inventory accuracy and order fulfillment to maintain merchandise flow and availability.
- Execute visual merchandising standards and promotional setups to ensure the store reflects Sephora’s brand presentation and event activations.
- Deliver reliable operational support to the sales floor—assist clients, facilitate product knowledge sharing and contribute to achieving sales targets.
- Maintain operational standards for safety, loss prevention and compliance with company policies to create a secure, welcoming shopping environment.
- Work collaboratively with the store team to foster an inclusive culture, meet scheduling commitments, and ensure punctual attendance during peak retail hours (nights, weekends, holidays).
- Perform physical tasks as required, including lifting and moving merchandise (up to 50 pounds) and maintaining store housekeeping.
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in retail, hospitality or another client-facing environment.
- Strong organizational and time-management capabilities with attention to inventory accuracy.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable delivering product information to clients.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented retail setting.
- Availability for flexible scheduling, including nights, weekends and holidays; reliable punctuality and attendance.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Experience
Entry-level role requiring approximately 1–2 years of experience in retail, hospitality or another customer-focused environment, with demonstrated operational and merchandising aptitude.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; post-secondary education in retail, business or a related field is advantageous but not required.
