Sephora (White Plains, NY) seeks a Part‑Time Operations Associate to manage inventory, merchandising and store operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support daily store operations, ensuring efficient back‑of‑house and front‑of‑house workflows.
- Manage inventory processes including stock replenishment, cycle counts, receiving, and order fulfillment.
- Execute visual merchandising and promotional setups to maintain brand standards and event activations.
- Contribute to exceptional client experiences by supporting the sales floor and assisting store teams in achieving sales goals.
- Maintain store operational standards—safety, cleanliness, policy compliance—and assist in loss-prevention practices.

Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in retail, hospitality, or other client‑facing operational roles.
- Strong organizational skills with proven time management and prioritization abilities.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable supporting a sales-driven environment.
- Demonstrated ability to learn product knowledge quickly and communicate it to team members and clients.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds; able to work standing for extended periods.
- Punctual, dependable, and able to meet minimum weekly shift/hours for the assigned part‑time schedule.

Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
