Role & Responsibilities
- Support daily store operations and inventory management, including stock replenishment and order fulfillment
- Maintain operational standards and ensure accurate visual merchandising displays reflecting Sephora's brand
- Execute promotional setups and assist with event execution
- Support the team in delivering exceptional client experiences and achieving sales goals
- Foster inclusivity and teamwork to promote a culture of openness and empowerment
- Maintain compliance with company policies and help create a safe, secure shopping environment
