The Operations Associate supports Sephora’s daily store operations, including inventory, replenishment, order fulfillment, visual merchandising and promotional execution, while contributing to excellent client service, sales goals and an inclusive team culture. This flex, part-time role has non-guaranteed hours, with 4–14 hours per week as needed, and requires availability for nights, weekends and holidays.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support daily store operations, including inventory management, stock replenishment, and order fulfillment, while maintaining operational standards.
- Assist with visual merchandising.
- Set up promotions accurately and support event execution to ensure the store reflects Sephora’s brand.
- Support the team in delivering outstanding client experiences and achieving sales goals.

Qualifications
- Available for the required minimum number of weekly shifts and hours: full-time 30–40 hours per week, part-time 15–29 hours per week, or flex (as needed) 4–14 hours per week.

- Punctual, with consistent attendance.
- Able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
