Sephora — Operations Associate (Part Time) in West Des Moines, IA. Hourly role supporting inventory, merchandising and day-to-day store operations.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support daily store operations to ensure an efficient, safe and customer-focused environment.
  • Manage inventory processes including stock replenishment, receiving, cycle counts and order fulfillment.
  • Assist with visual merchandising and promotional setups to maintain brand presentation and event execution.
  • Contribute to exceptional client experiences by supporting the sales floor, client engagements and team sales objectives.
  • Adhere to Sephora operational standards, policies and loss-prevention procedures.
  • Maintain punctuality and meet required minimum weekly shift/hours (Part Time: 15–29 hrs/week); be available for peak retail periods including nights, weekends and holidays.
  • Perform physical tasks as required, including lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of experience in retail, hospitality or another client-focused environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with demonstrated time-management and follow-through.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; team-oriented and goal-driven.
  • Ability to learn product knowledge quickly and communicate it to clients and colleagues.
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays and meet the store's scheduling needs.

Experience
