Role & Responsibilities
- Manage daily store operations including inventory control, stock replenishment and order fulfillment to maintain merchandising standards.
- Execute visual merchandising and promotional setups to ensure the store reflects Sephora’s brand and campaign requirements.
- Support event execution and merchandising resets to drive in-store traffic and sales objectives.
- Deliver and support exceptional client service, assisting the sales team to create outstanding shopping experiences.
- Maintain operational standards by following company policies, safety procedures and loss-prevention protocols.
- Contribute to a collaborative, inclusive store culture and assist teammates as needed during peak periods.
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in retail, hospitality or another client-focused environment, or equivalent transferable experience.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills with a demonstrated ability to prioritize competing tasks.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable supporting a sales-driven team.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform stockroom duties.
- Availability to meet the minimum weekly shift requirement for part-time schedules (15–29 hrs/week) and to work nights, weekends and retail holidays.
- Punctuality, reliable attendance and flexibility to support peak retail operations.
